Cosmopolitan Village is privately owned by the Wu Family. Initially designed in 2007 for students, it evolved into retirement accommodation as part of a family vision to provide for the older members of our community.
Unique to the industry, Cosmopolitan provides the security of retirement village living without the cost. Here, you won't get lost in the crowd — you are a valued member of a great community.
