What is the age group?
Unlike other retirement villages that have an older age limit, Cosmopolitan accepts younger residents from the age of 55 years +. The average age of village residents is 74 years young.
Can I have visitors?
Yes, family and friends are most welcome to stay with you, though there is an upper limit. Please discuss this with the Manager.
Can I have pets?
Sadly, we can’t allow dogs. You are welcome to arrive with your cat, however, if your cat passes, it may not be replaced.
Is there a garden?
We don’t have a garden per se, but there is a large courtyard with plenty of room for potted plants. One of our gardening-savvy residents has created a number of private seated areas around the Village .
Is this independent living?
This Village is designed for the active over 55-year-old person.
As there are no clinical services on site, residents must be independent. However, as you age, home services, house-keeping and other support can be provided.
